We offer two specialized tracks:
Mental Health IOP (MH-IOP)
For individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, mood instability, or emotional overwhelm.
Substance Use IOP (SUD-IOP)
For individuals seeking recovery support, relapse prevention, and structured treatment for substance use challenges.
Both tracks are delivered with dignity, privacy, and a human-centered experience.

What to Expect in Lumora’s IOP

Comprehensive Intake & Assessment
Your journey begins with a full psychiatric and psychosocial evaluation to understand your needs, strengths, and goals.

Structured Weekly Programming
Most participants attend 3–4 days per week, with a blend of:
● Group therapy
● Individual therapy
● Medication management
● Psychoeducation
● Skills-based sessions
● Recovery support (for SUD track)
Programming is available via telehealth, with optional in-person components depending on your location.

Personalized Treatment Planning
Your care team collaborates with you to create a plan that supports:

Medication Management
Psychiatric medication support is available for:

Medication visits are conducted by licensed psychiatric providers.

With your permission, family or support persons may be included to strengthen communication, stability, and recovery.

As you progress, your care transitions to:

● Monthly medication visits
